Tables

To add a table, click on the Table icon on the Toolbar, then set the number of rows and columns. Once you insert your table, you can Add Columns, and Add Rows, or Delete Columns, and Delete Rows in the popup.

 

 

Headers, Footers, and Page Numbers

The Header & Footer option is located in the Insert tab. To insert, choose the one you need, and type the information in the section provided.

To add the page number, after you choose either Header or Footer, click on the Insert tab, then Fields and Page Number.

 

Pictures, Shapes, etc.

Adding Pictures, Shapes, etc.

Pictures and other items can be added under the Insert tab. Once you’ve added the picture, Open Office will open a popup that allows you to format the picture.
