Library Policies: Computer Policy

If a student violates the University's computer policy, an incident report will be filed and sent to the Dean of Students and the VUPD for follow-up and further direction.

If a public patron violates the University's computer policy, an incident report will be filed with VUPD.  A copy of the patron's photo ID will be made and a note will be added to their community card patron record.  The patron will be asked to leave and be banned from using the library for one month. 

Any policy the university has or will create supersedes the LRC Library Computer policy.

Please note:  Viewing pornography is a violation of the campus computer policy and is considered sexual harassment.
